Clarity in Chaos
The #1 question I get asked after an energy healing session is, "Noelle, how can I keep this feeling?" And truthfully, the world is Heavy right now, and it takes conscious intention and daily discipline to keep that feeling, to keep your energy clear and flowing.
Staying present with your breath and connected to Spirit creates a strong foundation within to move through your day. Spirit gave me this mantra:
I breathe in peace and breathe out conflict. I breathe in love and breathe out suffering. I breathe in joy and breathe out the world. With my breath I am home.
If you take 5 minutes everyday to sit with this mantra, you'll find your center and you'll continue to grow stronger in your connection.
When your energy is drained or you've taken on energy that's not yours, you may feel tired, stuck, anxious or not quite like yourself. Simple ways to clear your energy:
1. Water- In the shower close your eyes and visualize the water as waves of light clearing your energy and say, "I now wash myself clean of energy that's not mine."
2. Ground- Step outside- Feel the energy of earth move from your feet up your body and say, "I'm strengthened and cleansed with the energy of mother earth now, thank you."
3. Sage- burn sage to purify and cleanse the energy in your home, consciously blessing it to remove all energy that doesn’t serve you.
These are a few simple ways to keep that feeling after your healing session! And of course, come receive energy healing when you need a re-boot. Sending you Spring blessings of renewal and peace!
