Happy New Year to You! My 2026 mantra is: I Am High Vibe & Spiritually Aligned! This is what I Choose to express this year. What you Express is what will Return. Thought is creative, and what you're thinking, what you're saying is being created in your world.

I AM high vibe and spiritually aligned. I’m choosing to connect with Spirit, and spend time with those that also choose to connect, with the same mindset, the same energy.This keeps my vibration high. This keeps me fed.

Choose what feeds you. This year, allow yourself to make a new choice. Cut something out that drains you or doesn’t feel good anymore. Add something new that brings you joy, that fills your cup. What you give your energy to will expand. When you’re connected to Spirit and something doesn’t feel right, trust your intuition. If it does feel right, go for it!

Choose You by giving yourself Freedom to express yourself authentically. By shining your light even when you think it doesn't matter. By following your heart, even if it's going against the grain. Your heart is where the voice of Spirit lies. Listen, follow it, trust it.
